INGREDIENTS
- 1 package tempeh
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon shoyu
METHOD
- Slice tempeh into bite-size cubes.
- In a bowl, mix together the oil, vinegar and shoyu.
- Add tempeh and mix well.
- Place tempeh in a baking dish or on a cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
- Let cool and serve in your favorite salad.
Ingredients
- 8 Oz of Tempeh
- 1 tsp of rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. of maple syrup
- 2 crushed cloves of garlic
- 3 Tbsp of tamari
Instructions
- Cut tempeh into 4 triangles, then make thinner by slicing horizontally.
- In a bowl, mix together maple mixture. ( save a bit for a drizzle later or make a touch more)
- Place tempeh in a lg flat dish and pour mixture over it, covering the top and bottom.
- Marinade for 30 minutes or more.
- Grill on a BBQ or skillet.
- Serve with salad, quinoa, or use in a sandwich.
