Easy 3 ingredient Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nondairy milk (coconut, almond, cashew)
- 3/4 cup of oat bran
- 1/2 large ripe banana
To Prepare
- Blend ingredients together in a Vitamix or blender
- Drop small portions of mixture on a heated oiled skillet on med heat
- Flip when starting to firm
- Enjoy topped with bananas, berries, jam maple syrup, or just plain
